Will Smith is a Tasmanian police officer who regularly encounters troubled young people.

Tired of picking up the pieces of their bad behaviour, he decided to take matters into his own hands.

He now runs an organisation called JCP Empowering Youth, which runs leadership seminars in schools, camps and other programs for at-risk youth aged between 10 and 17 years.
